The Workplace Team Leader will be responsible for supporting a wide range of activities that encompass the many aspects of a busy professional services consultancy.

As the first line of contact and support for the business, this role requires a flexible, hands-on, confident individual who can perform well in a busy corporate environment.


What you'll do:

  • This role covers a wide range of activities that help our business function daytoday.

It includes but is not limited to:

  • People management supporting the Facilities / Workplace team
  • Premise management work with the tenancy as required
  • Front of house services maintaining a firstclass experience for clients, guests and visitors
  • Security managing internal and tenancy related security matters from access cards to alarms
  • Safety, Health, Environment, Quality ensuring all aspects of our SHEQ programs are supported


 Procurement
  • Maintenance and purchase of general operating stationery, office equipment and supplies
  • Office fit out and relocation
  • Work with Facilities / Workplace Manager on Sydney head office fit out and relocation


 Finance
  • Assist the Facilities / Workplace Manager in monitoring and managing costs to meet budget

About you:

  • Qualifications relevant to the position (or relevant experience)
  • People management experience
  • Facilities experience
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience working with a large organisation, desirable
  • Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Previous experience working on office fit out and relocation projects
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • A proactive and enthusiastic team player
