About the role:

The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides comprehensive professional and executive support to ensure optimal operational efficiency and service delivery across the organisation. This role is pivotal in managing the CEO's agenda and coordinating administrative support, requiring high levels of initiative, discretion and confidentiality. The position also involves managing competing organisational and role priorities and handling challenging conversations with tact and diplomacy.

You will be based in Cairns, one of Queensland's peak destinations with the Barrier Reef and Rainforests on your doorstep. You will also get to travel to the picturesque Torres Strait Islands and make a significantly meaningful contribution to the Communities which we serve.

A competitive salary, six week's annual leave, additional public holidays as well as support for study and development make this a sought after position.
