Purpose


This position is responsible for the day-to-day planning and coordination of deliveries on the local PUD fleet through effective utilization of both CEVA Contract Carriers and 3PL's, and ensuring that DIFOT is met.


To support the respective leadership team in the safe delivery of service excellence to our customers, impeccable execution, and financial returns for the A&NZ business.


  • Safety leadership and participation
  • Assist with Reporting, Investigation and Corrective Action Implementation of Incidents, Hazards and NCR's
  • Monitor Metro the PUD Fleet ensuring all daily collections have been allocated and manifested. Arrange extra capacity as required
  • Co-Ordinate SA Regional freight collections / returns, manifest to appropriate carrier and follow up as required
  • Investigate and resolve Service / Operational issues in a timely manner
  • Accurately manifest all outbound Metro, Line Haul and Regional freight
  • Provide administrative support to the Cross Dock and Transport Operations
  • Timely and accurate communication
  • DIFOT as per agreed targets
  • Chain of responsibility compliance
  • Site accountability for local PUD fleet coordination, linehaul from VIC, NSW and provision of information relating to customer issues to the Customer Care Team.
  • Detailed domestic transport understanding
  • Detailed understanding of compliance & legislative requirements
  • Service delivery for internal & external customer
