The Position

As our Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in their organization, supporting the day-to-day operations and working closely with their friendly and welcoming team.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be an integral part of the administrative functions, ensuring the smooth running of their office.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including handling correspondence, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Handle incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Assist in basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expenses.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
