Executive Manager, Clubs

You will work with a network of partner clubs across Sydney and NSW to build strong relationships to raise funds for Learning Links.
This includes leading the Charity Housie team (40 staff) and working with clubs to raise funds through the Club Grants program.
In this varied senior management role, you will be moving around Sydney and using your strong sales and account management skills to optimise income for our charity.
You will be part of a strengths and performance-focused organisation and have excellent marketing and fundraising support to help you retain and grow the business.
***Key accountabilities
Charity Housie
-
Meet with clubs to review business performance and identify growth opportunities (for sessions or new clubs) in Sydney, NSW and interstate.
- Lead from the front and be a strong role model for the Housie team and managers.
- Continuously improve service standards with clubs and their patrons to ensure ongoing support.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Trading guidelines for fundraising, community gaming and other relevant laws and regulations.
Club Grants

Be a key player in ensuring the promotion and continued growth and success of Learning Links.
- Identify and pitch funding opportunities to clubs through the Club Grants program and secure support.
- Team up with our Fundraising team to identify opportunities for expansion and increased funding of Club Grants.
- Work closely with the three club associations to develop business opportunities.

This role may suit someone from an FMCG background wishing to take on a fast-paced role in a growing charity with a purpose and vision for the future.
Your benefits
- Attractive salary package. Including base salary + super + car/ travel allowance + salary packaging up to $18,549 which can lead to an additional $250+ (circa $6,500 annually) back in your pocket each fortnight.

On the job coaching, quarterly people leader meetings PLUS access to other opportunities to grow your skills.
- Systems (Salesforce) and
digital skills training to give you data insights.
Essential skills and qualifications
- Prior experience successfully managing a team and meeting sales targets.
- Prior experience (at least 57 years) in sales and account management.
- Experience managing a P&L.
- Customer service, people and results focus.
Experience working with clubs is desirable but not essential.
