About the Role
Reporting into the Imaging & Resection Sales Manager, you will provide exceptional service and offer solutions to a diverse range of Specialist Surgeons, Operating Room Nurses & other Hospital professionals; driving sales of our Imaging & Resection product portfolio across SA

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities including generating leads and presenting product information
  • Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans
  • Attending cases and providing technical support during surgical procedures
  • Facilitating product trials and evaluations and delivering inservice training
  • Developing effective relationships with key opinion leaders in both clinical and purchasing areas

About the Requirements
-
Minimum - 2 years hospital sales experience in a similar portfolio (Capital Sales, General Surgery, Sports Medicine, Arthroscopy) preferred:


  • Proven track record of sales achievements, and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles within the hospital system:
  • Customer solutions focussed and strategic for a long term win
  • Resilient and results driven, with exceptional relationship skills
  • Excellent communication, time management and good attention to detail
