The Senior Manager SEQ Operations Integration role is responsible for managing the operational integration of business transformation initiatives across South East Queensland Operations and ensure they increase business value to our internal and external stakeholders to meet business strategic objectives. This position plays a crucial role in achieving our strategic objectives and offers a dynamic, collaborative, Senior leader with deep technical knowledge of operating railways and project delivery, an opportunity to play your part in the Rail Revolution in Queensland.

Overview of day-to-day responsibilities:

Delivering tailored communication to different organisational levels of both internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrating a strong understanding of upcoming projects and works while considering the complexities of other areas of the business. Implementing initiatives and improvements to identified gaps or trends. Leading the way in data driven decision making including the identification and delivery of key performance improvement initiatives. High level of visibility across the SEQ network and in internal and external stakeholder meetings. Gaining and maintaining an understanding of how multiple projects will be operationalised, whilst clearly identifying and articulating key risks and remedies.

What you will bring to the role:

A pragmatic, flexible, dynamic, and collaborative approach. Previous experience across multiple disciplines in the rail sector. Experience at a Senior Manager level, with a proven track record in delivering outcomes. Excellent communication skills with experience building and maintaining strong working relationships with all levels of the business. Lean six sigma certification (minimum level green belt) is highly desirable.
