Eden Ritchie is seeking a
Project Advisor to play a crucial role in supporting project managers and team members, drawing on your expertise in organisation, communication, and document management to streamline project workflows and ensure successful outcomes.


The position will involve utilising a range of software programs, information management systems and databases to provide high level support tailored to the needs of the project management team.

Your role will enhance the timely and effective delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with appropriate legislation, organisational policies, and procedures.

12 month contract with possible 2 x 6 month extension:


  • Brisbane CBD location

As the Project Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high level administrative support to the team, including coordinating team meetings, taking and distributing minutes, preparing documents and reports, establishing and maintaining spreadsheets and registers, updating presentations and providing timely information to the project.
  • Ensuring infrastructure project documentation is accurately compiled, tracked and recorded in collaboration with document control.
  • Tracking and followingup on actions to ensure timely delivery of outputs and approvals within set timeframes.
  • Assist with formal interface document tracking such as:
  • Maintaining Interface Action Registers
  • Monitor, support and assure Interface Documents (Interface Control Forms, Interface Control Documents)
  • Ensure operational practices, standards of service and performance comply with departmental and regional policies, legislation (incl. WH&S), and governance obligations.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Experience in project roles and/or in major infrastructure projects.
  • Formal qualification in a Project Management or similar field would be highly desirable.
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including senior executives, managers, project members and the wider community.
