A senior standalone position, you will be responsible for the risk management framework including underlying processes and methodologies and ensuring they are adequate and appropriate to the needs of Credit Corp Limited.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing risk strategies, enhancing risk culture, and fortifying risk frameworks across all business segments globally.


Key Responsibilities include:

Establish a strategy for the Risk & Compliance functions which aligns with the overall strategy of Credit Corp Limited.

Provide risk insights into the overall business strategy and objective setting process and identify key strategic risks that may result.

Guide the establishment of and assist the Board to monitor, measure and influence the organisations risk culture; Responsible for the overall design, implementation and ongoing enhancement of the Risk Management Framework as well as lead and embed Risk Management Framework by working as a second line of defence, for all categories of risk, in all parts of the business; Provide quality risk advice, insight and support to CEO and the Leadership Teams and provide oversight and challenge to fulfil the second line of defence mandate.

Effective communication of risk and compliance matters including timely completely and accurate reporting and/or escalation in accordance with relevant protocols, including regular reporting to board and relevant management committees.

In order to be successful in this role you will be: Financial and non-financial risk acumen - Commercial experience in a similar risk role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Broad business experience and acumen with deep understanding of operational processes, business complexities and interdependencies Understanding of the regulatory environment as well as key legislation impacting on business activities in financial services Previous experience with the Camms GRC would be beneficial but is not considered essential.
