KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Drive sales result to smash budgets and targets
- take your store to the next level

  • Coach and develop a highperforming team and ensure they have the tools and motivation to achieve their goals
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
  • Ensure store operations and retail standards are implemented and maintained
  • Manage stock deliveries and merchandising the store
  • Complete monthly rosters and ensure they are costed within hours budget
