About the role


Reporting into our Senior Growth Marketing Manager and be a part of our Consumer Marketing team, you will be at the forefront of innovation and experimentation in our rapidly expanding business.

You'll work closely with a diverse range of marketing specialists to deliver outstanding experiences for our members and out partners.


You will be responsible for planning, implementing and scaling user acquisition and retention initiatives across key growth marketing channels, across App and Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Influencers & Advertorials).


Your Focus:

  • Implement and scale growth marketing strategies to accelerate new member acquisition, retention and referral.
  • Manage multichannel campaigns from endtoend across Social, Influencers, Affiliates, Publishers and App Store.
  • Track, manage and optimise performance and investment to achieve key objectives including new member acquisition, monthly active users (MAU) and costperacquired customer (CAC).
  • Support and conduct ongoing experiments to deliver continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrate the effectiveness and value of growth marketing campaigns through indepth analysis, reporting and presentations.
  • Brief inhouse creative teams to design highquality creative, content and landing pages
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to support & develop innovative marketing campaigns, retail events and custom solutions for our merchant partners.

About You:

  • Growth mindset with the ability to bring ideas to life and analyse the end results to drive future performance
  • Handson experience implementing acquisition, retention or referral initiatives
  • Expertise in one or more of the following channels; Social (Facebook, TikTok, Snap), Influencers, Apple Search Ads and Affiliates.
  • Proficient with marketing analytics tools (GA4, MMP) and data visualisation tools (Google Data Studio, PowerBI)
  • Enjoy working with team mates to explore interesting challenges and develop creative solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesise trends into opportunities.
  • Comfortable making decisions and recommendations
