What you'll do Lead the electrical design on a number of multi-disciplinary projects Deliver best practice and outcomes for clients, saving on costs and time Be a mentor to engineers in the team including technical advice and soft skills.

Project lead medium to large size building engineering design including project resources and delivery management.

Communicate effectively with all external (clients, authorities) and internal (colleagues, managers) stakeholders Build solid client relationships and recognize business development opportunities Contribute to the development of the business unit against strategic goals About you Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work within a friendly team environment.

A passion for the buildings industry and desire to progress your sound technical knowledge and status as a trusted engineer.

Familiarity with other Building Services disciplines with ability to engage with those team members and evaluate design solutions.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Proven experience working within the building services sector utilising Australian building codes and standards.
A track record of effectively handling competing priorities, prioritising work, and meeting tight deadlines.
Well versed across a range of building sectors, e.g., commercial, health, defence, education.
Professional Engineer qualifications and / or Engineers Australia chartership would be advantageous.
Knowledge of project finance and commercials.
