THE ROLE


Be a part of something exceptional at Westbourne Park OSHC We are looking for a dynamic Service Director to join our passionate team and lead the way in providing exceptional care and education for children.


Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in creating a supportive and collaborative work atmosphere that enables our team to deliver outstanding programs that promote children's growth and development.

With your guidance, our care, recreation, and leisure programs will reach new heights of excellence, offering children the very best in experiences.

YMCA South Australia is a not-for-profit organisation that has served the South Australian community for more than 170 years.

With around 900 staff (and growing), we deliver programs and services across the state in settings including community recreation centres, swimming pools, health and fitness facilities, community centres, camps, early education and schools and youth services.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Tertiary Qualification in Children's Services
  • Strong leadership experience to staff, including training, quality improvement, support, and maintaining the standards of service.
  • HLTAID009 Provide CPR
  • HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education Setting
  • Certificate of completion for "Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect
  • Education and Care" Training
