We are currently recruiting for a "switched on" Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to the Company Director.
In this role, you will have the opportunity utilise your solid administration and organisational skills.
If you are well-organised, have a great attention to detail, and enjoying learning while providing your excellent administrative support, then this could be the role for you.
- Managing and prioritising appointments for the CEO
- Booking accommodation directly and via a travel agency
- Basic administration and filing duties
- Other duties as requested by the team
Criteria:
- Previous experience in administration
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word
- Ongoing role
To be successful for the role you will need:
- Proven experience in administration and Excel spreadsheets
- Experience in working with a variety of databases, systems and processes
- Demonstrated capability and experience in Microsoft office suite
- Energetic, can do attitude
- Customer service focus
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadline
Salary:
$ $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mascot, NSW 2020: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 2 years (required)
