Established in 2013, White Fox Boutique is a rapidly growing online fashion store worldwide with ambitious expansion plans. We are currently seeking a Head of E-commerce Trading to enhance our online trading platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the e-commerce and digital teams
  • Develop and implement annual trading calendars in collaboration with Buying, Product, and Merchandise teams
  • Take charge of the site's metrics and continuously strive to enhance them
  • Implement pricing strategies, promotions, and explore new trading opportunities
  • Enhance user journeys for a seamless customer experience across different regions
  • Manage the development roadmap based on company projections
  • Participate in weekly trade meetings to share insights and metrics
  • Possess strong technical knowledge of both e-commerce front end and back end
  • Address technical issues effectively for seamless operations
  • Execute activity plans across various devices to boost visitor engagement and increase sales
  • Utilize web analytics tools to monitor key metrics and suggest improvements
  • Merchandise products effectively to maximize sales within brand guidelines
  • Oversee onsite content alignment with SEO best practices
  • Analyze onsite search behavior for enhancing user experience
  • Develop testing plans and conduct user testing for UX/CRO enhancements
  • Analyze AB tests results and present findings
  • Ensure optimal user experience through collaboration with internal and external resources
  • Lead and execute e-commerce strategy to drive customer engagement and conversion
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in people management and talent development
  • Proven track record in managing global e-commerce platforms with sales growth
  • Proficiency with Shopify Plus platform and merchandising tools
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic coding
  • Understanding of SEO, website optimization, data mining, and security
  • Experience in buying, merchandising, and range planning processes
  • Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills
