Established in 2013, White Fox Boutique is a rapidly growing e-commerce fashion retailer with ambitious plans for the future.

We are currently seeking a Head of E-commerce Trading to elevate our trading sites to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead the e-commerce and digital teams
  • Develop and execute the annual trading calendar in collaboration with our Buying, Product, and Merchandise teams
  • Own and optimize all site metrics continuously
  • Lead pricing, promotions, and explore new trading opportunities
  • Enhance user journeys for superior customer experiences in various regions
  • Oversee the development roadmap based on company projections and requirements
  • Participate in weekly trade meetings, offering insights and metrics to the team
  • Possess strong technical expertise in e-commerce front and back end, with problem-solving skills during technical challenges
  • Execute activity plans across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices to boost visitor engagement and drive sales and margin
  • Utilize web analytics tools to track key metrics performance and provide actionable recommendations
  • Merchandise products effectively to maximize sales and enhance site aesthetics within brand guidelines
  • Ensure onsite content aligns with SEO best practices and optimize onsite search behavior for enhanced conversion
  • Develop user testing strategies for UX/CRO, monitor AB tests, and present findings
  • Optimize user experience consistently by working with internal and external resources
  • Drive e-commerce strategy to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in people management and talent development
  • Proven track record of managing large global e-commerce platforms with sales growth
  • Proficiency in Shopify Plus platform
  • Experience with leading merchandising tools
  • Basic technical skills in HTML, CSS, and coding
  • Knowledge of SEO, website optimization, data mining, and security
  • Familiarity with buying, merchandising, and range planning processes
  • Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills
