You will deliver a consistently optimised online experience across all 7 websites and manage key relationships with digital agencies and platform partners.

You will work closely with the Online, Marketing and Creative teams, sharing best practises and ensuring that the business is executing a cohesive shopping experience for our customers, in line with key business goals and direction.

**A Day in the Life...**
- Work alongside our Marketing, Creative and Digital teams to lead the delivery of our ecommerce roadmap including management of our 7 websites, platforms and partner ecosystem
- Responsible for trading of ecommerce sites and reporting on key success metrics, compiling and circulating relevant data with your team and the broader business
- Leading the CRO roadmap and owning the technical relationship with our digital agencies, along with establishing a data-driven test and learn plan
- Work closely with the Marketing, Merchandise and Planning teams to develop strong category focus, promotional strategies and tactical activities that will support the growth of our online channels
- Identify trade opportunities through stock, commerce, and trade analysis
- Monitor trading and platform performance and recommend and implement performance improvements to enhance UX/UI and CVR
- Strategic problem solving and proactive identification of performance bottlenecks and troubleshooting of technical issues in collaboration with our development agency

**This is you if you have **

**Technical/Specialist Skills/Experiences**
- 5+ years’ experience operating in a high-performing eCommerce business
- Experience establishing CRO roadmaps, managing financial budgets and driving commercial outcomes across online channel
- Results focused with proven strategies implemented to increase online conversion rates
- Clear understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem and platforms (Shopify and AP21 knowledge is highly regarded)
- Tech Savy and constantly on top of the latest ecommerce and UX trends and features
- Excellent analytical skills, including the use of web analytics tools, financial analysis, and forecasting
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills, including the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Degree or Tertiary qualification in the Marketing/Fashion/Tech or related field is highly regarded

**Personal Attributes/Interpersonal Skills**
- Ability to multitask, juggle conflicting timelines and deliver on deadlines
- You are a gun trouble shooter with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Used to working collaboratively - cross-functional teams including product, marketing, creative and external agency partners
