As the Client Services Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage a team delivering client care services, ensuring high standards of service and compliance.
  • Drive operational efficiency in rostering, service delivery, and incident management.
  • Maximize client and carer retention through exceptional service and relationship management.
  • Develop and implement business improvement projects for continuous quality enhancement.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and onboard new clients.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with brokers and contractors for seamless service coordination.

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone with:

  • Extensive experience in community care/home-based care services preferred.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational, prioritizing, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of HR practices, financial management, and business administration.
  • Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and conflict resolution.
  • Professional care qualifications and/or business administration qualifications preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage staff performance and articulate a vision for growth.
