About the role


As a Sales Manager for Ezycoat & Cladding you will be responsible for developing & implementing the sales and stores strategy for the Ezycoat business.

The role will provide strong leadership & work collaboratively with the Acratex Sales team, Trade sales team & stores to ensure sales are maximized & strong profitability.

You will be energetic leader who is team orientated with a passion to develop others and help them succeed. You will have direct and indirect influence over sales across the broader sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage our business with Resellers, Cladding Solutions and other key Ezycoat categories
  • Develop your people to improve the sales capability and effectiveness of the sales executives
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to sales team
  • Support sales team to prepare customer presentations, cladding presentations, coatings sales briefs
  • Manage and develop B2B relationships that provide a full system selling opportunity with texture coatings
  • Reviewing team performance against desired outcomes

Skills & Experience

  • Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and build rapport with stakeholders
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and communications with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • A background in Sales management and or Building Experience is preferable
  • Experience in construction industry, sales, and or people management role
  • Be a selfmotivated, energetic, adaptable, passionate, dedicated, and proven leader who can energize and develop their team to raise the bar across the business through strong influence and collaboration
  • Experience in category management and consultative selling
  • Ability to utilise and harness the power of our sales and marketing tools including CRM
