As an Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the performance of the property portfolio.

You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with cross-functional departments to drive strategic decisions:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies
  • Drive revenue growth, occupancy rates, and net operating income
  • Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
  • Manage tenant relationships, address concerns, and ensure exceptional tenant satisfaction.
