The software in their suite solves a variety of problems, including people management, financial management, spend management, as well as Governance and risk issues.

Employing almost 2000 people, they have offices in the UK, Australia, India and the US.

They pride themselves on the difference their software products can make, as well as the opportunities they provide for their people.


What is the job?

  • These people will be employed in businesses that employ people (mid market) and some in business employing enterprise)
  • Some of the industries you'll be targeting are manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, distribution, mining and retail
- think industries with a field based workforce.

  • You will set meetings for an Account Executive
  • KPIs sit around 20 calls per day, with 1015 meetings booked per week
  • About half of your meetings will come from existing accounts
- businesses that already use this product, but need to be transitioned to their new cloud based product.

  • About 25% of your meetings will come through leads that marketing provides
  • The remaining 25% of your meetings will come from new businesses that you have approached

Important admin details
The role is based in Melbourne, with an office based in the CBD.

There is a flexible working environment that has employees working together in person 3 days per week, and working from home 2 days per week.

The salary is $80,000 + superannuation, with an OTE of over $120,000.
The ideal start date is the 15th of December.
You will need full working rights to be considered for this job.
