Talent Acquisition Specialist

Working closely with supportive local & global HR and Talent Acquisition teams you will focus on identifying and securing talent through partnerships with hiring managers and comprehensively understanding the business and role to ensure a seamless end to end recruitment process.
You will also use your experience utilising technology platforms and relationship building to develop and drive the execution of our ANZ talent strategy.
What you can expectYou will develop and execute the global and ANZ talent acquisition strategy and goals to deliver positive talent outcomes.
You will complete the end-end recruitment process for vacancies within Australia & New Zealand including partnering with people leaders in leading recruitment briefs, providing market data, advertising, screening, coordinating interviews & assessments and supporting the hiring managers to make hiring decisions.
You will leverage social media and other platforms such as Linked In, our careers page to build and promote our Employer Value Proposition.
You will build and leverage a network of universities, schools, and associations that will support you in your pipeline management.
You will utilise the state-of-the-art technology we have available including the CRM, ATS, psychometric/cognitive ability assessments, market data platforms and much more.
You will have experience with recruitment technologies such as a CRM's, ATS's & experience using Workday will be highly desired.
You will be able to connect with the right people, ask the right questions and develop a comprehensive understanding of the need for the business.
