Head of Corporate

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join the IDEXX team in Australia & New Zealand in this pivotal role as Head of Corporate & Strategic Accounts. Joining our global corporate account management team, you will be reporting to the Senior Director – International Corporate Accounts. You will ultimately be responsible for leading the strategic direction and management of our Corporate Account activities throughout ANZ and beyond. Along with your team of Corporate Account Managers you will aim to exceed customer expectations by creating enduring and sustainable strategic partnerships.

What you can expect

• As a thought leader, with many years of senior experience, you will responsible for fostering outstanding C-suite level business relationships that deliver enduring value for key partners
• As a key member of our global Corporate Account centre of excellence, you will be responsible for the production and execution of customer-centric plans and programs, engaging the full suite of IDEXX functions and services
• You will provide invaluable insights to local ANZ leadership, helping us deliver market leading value creation for clients in a time of unprecedented growth and market evolution
• You will achieve strong commercial results including accountabilities across revenue, margin, OPEX and contract management

You will have

• A tertiary degree in Business, Marketing, MBA, Commerce or related field
• Relevant corporate account experience, with a demonstrated track record of success
• Successful management of a product and service-based portfolio
• Experience with collaborating cross functionally in a global, highly matrixed environment
• Experience with leading teams, both locally and remotely
• A passion for coaching, mentoring and professional development to enhance performance
• Experience with selling & negotiation, including at a C-Suite level
• Strong business acumen, and be a strategic & creative problem solver
• A background in a veterinary, diagnostic, medical or other life science industry
