Monday to Friday (7:00 am - 3:30 pm) or Flexible; minimum 24 hours per week

  • Provide consistent and superior customer service
  • Pick, check, pack and prepare sales orders for shipping with 24hour turnaround
  • Make courier reservations and oversee courier collections
  • Support inventory control
  • Clean and other general warehouse duties as assigned
  • Set example for other team members by performing responsibilities safely, efficiently and with a positive attitude
  • Follow and adhere to all given instructions including work procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
  • Strictly adhere to and observe all safety policies as outlined in the company policies and training sessions

Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school with a graduation diploma
  • Minimum one year's experience in a manufacturing facility
  • Knowledge of order processing, inventory management, and courier interfaces
  • Proficiency with numbers
  • Ability to learn new computer systems and tools as required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Physical capability to lift, carry and move up to 20 kgs throughout the day
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work with staff across the organization
  • Ability to work well under pressure, take initiative and follow through on tasks
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
