About the Role

As an integral member of our Executive team, you will work alongside another Business Manager and five Deputy Principals to support the Principal's leadership of a complex learning environment.

The final portfolio of the successful applicant will be negotiated in convert with the other Business Manager and Principal, however experience in areas such as the following would be beneficial (though not required):

  • Leading the refinement of a safe and happy workplace through innovation in workplace health and safety;
  • Leading facilities renewal;
  • Providing effective governance and advice in the financial resourcing of a large organisation; and
  • Agility and innovation in the human resourcing of a complex learning environment.
Your Opportunity

As the Business Manager, you will:

  • Provide regular strategic advice and planning support to the Principal and the Executive Management team in relation to financial planning and budgeting, human resource management, and facility and asset management.
  • Manage the strategic operations of the school to ensure operations are managed professionally to align with departmental priorities.
The Business Manager reports to the Principal.
