About the Role

We are excited to offer a vibrant opportunity for a proactive Retirement Village Manager to oversee our community in Maryborough Chelsea. In this role, you will champion a customer-centric culture, foster positive community relations, and enhance brand awareness. Our villages have been recognized under the Australian Retirement Village Accreditation Scheme (ARVAS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance resident satisfaction through engaging social activities and events
  • Facilitate resident involvement and empowerment, ensuring their satisfaction
  • Oversee Retirement Village operations to uphold compliance with industry standards
  • Manage budget, resources, and strategies effectively
  • Support sales initiatives to meet targets and drive occupancy levels

Your Profile

  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for working with older adults
  • Proven management experience in a relevant field
  • Sales expertise and the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication, budgeting, and reporting capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
