About the Role:

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for our B&D Garage Doors business based at our manufacturing facility in Kilsyth. The ideal candidate will be engaging and dynamic, with a passion for maintenance and project engineering. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a small team and take ownership of the maintenance strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead maintenance strategy at the Kilsyth site
  • Execute project works, upgrade machinery, and oversee CI projects
  • Manage a team of mechanical and electrical trades
  • Ensure reliability of production assets
  • Implement Lean activities to improve Overall Equipment Efficiencies
