Cleaner (Casual)

**Responsibilities**:
**Cleaning and Sanitizing**:Perform regular cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
Sanitize and clean kitchen and bathroom surfaces, appliances, and fixtures.
Empty and clean trash receptacles.

**Organizing**:Arrange and organize household items in an orderly manner.
Assist in decluttering and organizing spaces as needed.

**Detail-Oriented Cleaning**:Pay attention to detail, ensuring no spot or area is overlooked during the cleaning process.
Address specific client requests for cleaning and organizing.

**Communication**:Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning preferences and requirements.
Report any maintenance or repair needs observed during cleaning.

**Time Management**:Efficiently manage time to complete cleaning tasks within scheduled appointments.
Adapt to varying cleaning needs and priorities.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:Previous experience in professional house cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment effectively.

**Reliability**:Consistent and punctual attendance is crucial.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Physical Stamina**:Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Good physical stamina and endurance.

**Professionalism**:Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients.
Respect for client privacy and property.

**Attention to Detail**:Thorough and meticulous in cleaning to achieve high standards.
Ability to follow specific cleaning instructions.

**Working Conditions**:

- Flexible working hours based on client appointments.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: $24.39 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 15 per week
