Then look no further, we have an exciting opportunity available for a Product Manager to join our Marketing & Innovation Team in Carole Park, QLD on a Permanent Full Time Basis.


This exciting position will have the opportunity to drive the implementation of the product marketing strategy (across multiple brands and segments).


Some of your key responsibilities:

  • Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects through stagegate process.
  • Develop indepth market insights to support business overall objectives (market trends domestic and international, competitor analysis, consumer segmentation, data analysis, market research).
  • Portfolio management: recommendations across multiple brands based on business strategy and goals, market insights & target market.
Responsible for managing packaging projects.

  • Support the development and execute the outtomarket strategies for new and existing products including multichannel brand campaigns.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor all social platforms including content planning & development/ agency management and reporting.
  • Support and develop internal & external presentations such as monthly management reports, retailer range review presentations, farm presentations.

Description:

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Minimum of 4-5 years relevant marketing experience in FMCG Industry.
  • Excellent multiproject management skills with proven record of managing larger projects, including NPD launches.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Proficiency in Adobe suite (desirable)
  • Proven record of managing digital marketing campaigns (including social media).
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
