About The Role:
Aerison are currently seeking an experienced Accounts and Administration Assistant to manage the administration and accounts in a small office in Landsdale. This position is for one of our affiliated companies with an enviable reputation in air pollution management.
Your overall responsibilities for this position:
- Managing the Reception and office administration – arranging Couriers and logistics
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, providing them with necessary information, access, and resources.
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and maintain an attention to detail.
- A team player with a positive and pro-active approach to the role.
To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and qualifications.
- General understanding of dust mitigation systems / methods.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in an accounting function
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office - mainly Excel, Word
- Experience with MYOB
- Basic Accounting tasks – entering Supplier invoices.
- Other accounts related duties related to logistics, onboarding, and mobilisation of staff.
- Training will be provided.
