Summary of the role:

The Admin Assistant is responsible for the daily coordination of Engineer Services located at Mercy Hospital for Women, Heidelberg - ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed to the required standard.


  • The role provides administrative support including customer service, contract maintenance and inductions, maintenance requests, asset management, facility security, purchasing and invoicing, maintains records in relation to these systems and provide reports as required.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Highly developed administrative skills with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team building relationships with people at all levels
  • Highly competent iin IT systems with advanced knowledge of MS Office and the ability to learn new systems
  • Efficient and effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

  • Mercy Hospital for Women is a fully accredited Level 6 Public Specialist Teaching Hospital providing both public and private patient care through maternity services, neonatology and paediatrics, perioperative services, gynaecology, women's health and associated health, support and diagnostic services. We are a major teaching hospital and specialist referral centre with the medical, nursing, midwifery and allied health expertise to treat the most complex obstetric, neonatal and gynaecological cases.
