About the role


As the
Lead Developer - Customer Platform, reporting into the Head of Customer Platform, this role will guide and lead the development team with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the interfaces supporting these platforms.

You are to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders on initiatives. You will manage a complex set of dependencies and work with tight timeframes to achieve outcomes.

About you

  • Demonstrated understanding of marketing technology platforms, primarily Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • A proven track record on Marketing Cloud implementations
  • Experience working with data / data integrations
  • Familiarity with web development design languages, scripting tools, and protocols such as HTML, XML, AMPScript, CSS, JQuery
  • Familiarity with SOAP and REST APIs
  • Ability to closely with developers and functional consultants to develop and implement highly engaging solutions
  • Ability to interact with both technical & nontechnical stakeholders to implement solutions based on defined business requirements
  • Experience working in an agile environment using tools such as JIRA
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts with key stakeholders
