Your role


We currently have an opportunity for a motivated and dynamic Supply Coordinator to join our Supply Chain function on a full time, 12 month fixed term contract.


Reporting to our Supply Logistics Lead and based in our Melbourne CBD Head Office, this role will effectively and efficiently manage the end-to-end process for purchase orders from placement to final delivery including management of the financial transaction for those orders.


We work in a hybrid model here at Ixom so you will have the opportunity to work flexibly and from home each week also.


Your responsibilities

  • Effectively manage the endtoend order process
  • Being the process owner for the purchase order fulfilment process, and acting as focal point for those orders
  • Ensure all orders are delivered on time, in full and to specification
  • Recording, Updating, and Maintaining Supplier and Product Purchasing Specific Data in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensuring maintenance of all relevant Master Data
  • Ensure timely processing of invoices and subsequent payment of suppliers
  • Develop and maintain collaborative, cooperative and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Timely and effective communication to relevant parties around purchase order status
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes

Your skills & experience

  • Understanding of the endtoend supply chain process
  • Experience in order management, customer service and logistics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Tertiary qualified in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field would be advantageous but not essential
  • Demonstrated understanding in SAP
  • Knowledge of transport, freight forwarding, or shipping would be highly regarded
