The Executive Assistant Community Care will provide support and report directly to General Manager, Community Care and General Manager, Community Participation.


Specifically, the position is responsible for:

  • Providing advanced administrative support to the General Managers and portfolio program management.
  • Diary and travel management.
  • Assisting with development of systems and processes to streamline program functions.
  • Preparing correspondence and other relevant duties appropriate to the position.

To be considered for this position, applicants require:

  • Demonstrated experience in an advanced administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines, pay attention to detail, and manage a varied workload in a busy environment.
  • Experience in project and/or program administrative functions.
  • Experience in the organisation and preparation of meetings including preparing agendas, minute taking and actioning items.
  • As a condition of employment, CatholicCare Victoria as an employer will collect, record and store vaccination information on employees where required in line with the Privacy Act.
