  • Experience in administration, sales, scheduling trades, or coordination within the air conditioning, HVAC, or solar sectors is highly regarded, but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the tools for success.
  • A team player with a friendly, outgoing personality who values clear communication, organisation, and the power of a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule installations and services for air conditioning, HVAC systems, and solar projects.
  • Assist in sales administration, ensuring all customer inquiries are handled promptly and effectively.
  • Support our trades team by efficiently managing schedules, resources, and customer followups.
  • Contribute to aftersales service by addressing any customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members, fostering a supportive and engaging workplace.
