Position Details:
  • Award/Classification: Tasmanian State Service Award - General Stream Band 3
  • Salary: $72,605.00 to $78,481.00 per annum
  • Region: South
  • Hours per fortnight: 44.10 hours, with flexible options

The Administrative Officer will be responsible for providing professional, accurate, and confidential administrative support to the staff. They will also act as the first point of contact for the office, coordinate correspondence for all jurisdictions, assist with data entry, and undertake various administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

The ideal candidate should be prepared to engage with individuals who may be distressed and handle potentially sensitive information and complaints.
