Senior Technical Project Manager - Hybrid

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with a core team of leaders from Engineering, Product Management, Design, and Marketing to guide projects to completion.
  • Lead multiple concurrent projects from inception to conclusion and deliver remarkable product features to our merchants.
  • Oversee your teams' daily operations, including scope management, project and resource planning, progress tracking, risks and issues management, cross-functional/stakeholder and leadership communication.
  • Coach teams in Agile delivery and carry out Scrum Master duties as required, such as facilitating sprint planning, standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • Manage dependencies among different teams to ensure seamless releases of numerous complex components.
  • Generate reports and offer cross-functional transparency into status, resourcing needs, dependencies, detailed requirements, timelines, and escalations for projects.
  • Establish and enforce cross-functional accountability across all business and technical sectors & levels using both soft and hard levers.
  • Help nurture team safety and cultivate healthy, high-performing teams.
  • Inspire and lead your teams; influence everyone in your vicinity.
  • Contribute to our organizational culture and shared intelligence.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Over 5 years of experience in web technologies as a technical project manager overseeing medium to large software development projects.
  • Proficiency in project management, Agile development, and process enhancement/quality certifications are advantageous (e.g., PMP, ScrumMaster, Lean, or Six Sigma).
  • Demonstrated experience in using Agile methodologies to manage projects and coach teams.
  • Familiarity with various tools like JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheets, and Google Apps.
  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written formats, capable of communicating effectively at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills, integrity, and excellent follow-through on tasks without getting easily overwhelmed.
  • Bring creative problemsolving skills and the ability to think innovatively and logically to devise intelligent solutions.
