Our government client is in search of a Business Support Officer to join their team in Rockhampton for a temporary assignment. This vital role involves providing efficient and top-notch customer service to their clients.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively monitor and manage internal and external correspondence, handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls promptly.
  • Work within a fast-paced environment while meeting KPI's.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry, local suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain high data management accuracy standards.
  • Perform ad hoc admin tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet KPI's.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in data entry with speed and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
