Reporting into the FC and HR Manager of this listed business, this role is responsible for managing the end to end payroll for the company across ANZ.
Whilst managing a small team (2 direct reports), you'll drive & oversee payroll processing, reporting, admin, compliance, legislation, payroll accounting and PAYG.
You will also respond to any payroll related queries and be involved in ad hoc projects and process improvement from time to time.
Experience with New Zealand payroll will be highly regarded.
You'll have experience leading, supervising or managing a team.
Finally you'll have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service ethic and preferably experience working in a multi-site sector such as retail or hospitality.
Experience with a time and attendance system is essential
