Our Brand Project Coordinator plays a critical role working closely with project team members, mangers and leads to assist in delivering major organisational projects.

The Opportunity...

Connect the customer and product experience, working cross functionally to deliver a brand experience our customers cannot get anywhere else. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope, objectives and coordinate project budgets. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management and timeframes. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. Act as the key point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. Collaborate with design team on required artwork, ensuring all marketing assets are on brand and aligned to business strategy. Develop a deep understanding Private Label brand health, consumer mindsets, attitudes, values and behaviours across our own brands audiences and products. Support the creative briefing process for all Private Label projects, such as Seasonal Campaigns, Photoshoots, Customer e-mail communication and always on brand assets, ensuring that design deliverables meet requirements and objectives for each brief. Partner with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive private label brand exposure and product content development.

If you have the below experience, we would love to hear from you

Bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing, management or related field Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or in a brand focused role Experience in project management, from conception to delivery. Ability to prepare an interpret flowcharts, schedules and step by step action plans. Working knowledge of graphic design principles, retail merchandising and online marketing Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
