Are you seeking a sea change? We offer an attractive relocation package to North Queensland, with the flexibility to be based in Townsville or Rockhampton.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the Regional Queensland business, overseeing operations across sixteen depots from the Fraser Coast to Port Douglas.

Your leadership will encompass a diverse team, including Branch Managers, Operations Managers, Supervisors, office staff, and a blue-collar workforce of over 200 employees, including drivers, operators, and labourers.

You will collaborate and forge long-term strategic relationships with businesses and stakeholders, staying attuned to emerging industries and opportunities to position Cleanaway as the preferred choice within the region.

Your expertise will drive performance, ensure operational efficiency, and foster a culture of respect, safety, and sustainability.
