UGL Pty Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and support for all Queensland Industrial sites' projects within the Industrials North portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement strategic directions in consultation with the Operations Manager to ensure development and growth in your portfolio.
- Ensure effective selection of tenders, and subsequent quotations are properly prepared, checked, vetted and approved.
- Monitor and analyse operational results and implement effective corrective actions where required.
- Ensure all Monthly Project Review paperwork is submitted by Project Managers within the required timeframe, to a high quality, and compliant with all requirements.
- Provide strong leadership, direction, and inspirational management to all team members, whilst providing effective coaching, mentoring and development for all direct reports.
- Ensure all activities across all sites and projects are undertaken in the safest possible manner, and in accordance with UGL HSE policies and procedures.
- Qualifications in a trade, Engineering, Business, or Project Management.
- Extensive experience in the preparation and management of budgets.
- Strong, demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team of people.
- Highly developed communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong conflict resolution skills, coupled with the ability to organise and prioritise demands and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the demonstrated ability to build and foster strong relationships.
