Toll Helicopters is an experienced provider of specialised mission-critical helicopter services and training for Government, Defence, and the civil sector.
With extensive experience in operations, training and helicopter maintenance, our staff are some of the most highly experienced and well-trained aviation professionals in the country.
This year they acquired one of Australia's leading Uncrewed Systems (drone) training companies and now they are looking to expand.

We lead the field in helicopter emergency medical services, search and rescue operations, airborne law enforcement, training and logistics support - often in remote, inhospitable and challenging locations, and now we are adding the Uncrewed offering to our existing and new client opportunities.
The training, maintenance, engineering and uncrewed resources integral within Toll Helicopters are world class.When it comes to training, The Aeromedical Crewing Excellence (ACE) Training Centre is the most advanced helicopter training capability in Australia for aircrew, aeromedical and aviation specialists.
It is a Leonardo Authorised Training Centre with the only OEM-approved AW139 Full Flight Simulator in the Oceania region. We excel in our own training programs and pass this expertise to our customers.
Headquartered in Brisbane our integrated team includes uncrewed and pilots, aircrew, helicopter engineers, safety managers, trainers, and inventory and aviation management specialists.
Job Description:
We have an exciting and rare opportunity to Join our specialised Uncrewed Aviation Team as we expand into National Uncrewed opportunities.
We are looking for a dynamic individual be responsible for the National Sales and Client Liaison of Nationally Accredited Training, Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) training courses, sales and support of operational equipment, along with nurturing and developing new and ongoing government, corporate and private relationships across Australia and where applicable overseas.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise and support current and future students on training requirements opportunities, licensing and career pathways
- Develop strategic alliances and partnerships with a range of government, corporate and private clients and engagement with uncrewed industry stakeholders
- Liaise with National Training centres to schedule courses as required
- Assist and support in the start up of new training venues and maintain alignment of uncrewed and other courses as directed in support Toll Helicopters ACE training centre in Sydney
- Assist and support the start up with ongoing growth and implementation of the Drones in Schools program both accredited and non accredited on a Local, State and National level
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Subject matter excellence in all CASA Remote Pilot training / licencing requirements.
- Subject matter excellence in Nationally Accredited courses and ASQA requirements
- Ability to manage ongoing sales targets, budgets and forecasts
- Highly motivated with strong organisational & time management skills
- Good attention to detail with high importance placed on accuracy
- Able to prioritise and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships
- Previous experience in a sales or related field would be an advantage
- Have the following qualifications:
- Certificate III in Aviation (Remote Pilot) or equivalent
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Required
- Relevant CASA RePL and qualifications or endorsements for courses being delivered.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating and assessing CASA (RePL) uncrewed and Nationally Accredited
