The Opportunity:


This role offers an opportunity for a skilled and proactive individual to work as Energy and Sustainability Analyst within the City FM Energy Centre supporting our partner Coles Group to achieve their "Together to Zero" sustainability targets.


The Role:

  • Develop and deliver innovative solutions to reduce energy (electricity/water/gas) consumption and cost across Coles' Supermarket fleet.
  • Investigate and resolve energy consumption anomalies identified by the City FMs Management System (Spark+) and other analytical tools.
  • Maintain detailed records of energy anomalies analysed, and update databases with relevant store energy attributes.
  • Communicate with the field workforce, internal and external stakeholders to gather supporting information.
  • Conduct Measurement and Verification of energy conservation initiatives delivered across the business.

To Be Considered:

  • Data Analytics and Reporting (Excel/Power BI)
  • Engineering, Scientific or Mathematical Degree
  • Desirable
  • Certified Measurement & Verification Professional (CMVP)
  • Favourable
  • Building Management System / Solar / HVAC&R Experience
  • Preferred
