The role

The Group Planning and Reporting Lead will lead the financial planning, analysis and reporting function of the Finance team. The role will support the short term and long term strategic objectives of the business by developing and monitoring budgets, P&L management, strategic planning, forecasting and investment decision evaluations.

This role will report directly to the Head of Commercial Finance and will play a critical leadership role in the Finance function expected to work closely with the CEO and CFO.

We need you to

  • Be responsible for coordinating the budget and forecasting processes
  • Be responsible for the reporting function including reviewing the monthly financials and preparing management presentations
  • Support the CEO, CFO and Head of Commercial Finance with ad hoc analysis and insights into the financial performance of the business
  • Review and coordinate preparation of Group reporting requirements
  • Be a true partner to our business, offering financial expertise and support
  • Lead the Financial Planning and Reporting team including guidance to both your direct reports and broader Finance team

What's in your toolkit

  • CA/CPA qualified with financial experience in big corporate organisations with sound commercial thinking
  • Ability to identify financial opportunities and risks through critical thinking and translate them into concise analysis for decisive actions
  • Strong communication and influencing skills to build effective relationships across the business
  • Analytical curiosity and a drive for business and commercial success, leading to creative solutions
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all level
  • US GAAP experience would be beneficial
