Job Description

Join Mövenpick Hotel Melbourne, where we transform ordinary tasks into extraordinary experiences. We believe that genuine hospitality lies in creating memorable moments through small gestures. We are seeking a part-time Guest Service Agent who is passionate about going beyond just a job. Share your enthusiasm with us and kickstart your adventure.

Our 172-room premium hotel, situated across from Southern Cross Station, is the newest addition to Accor's Melbourne portfolio and the second Mövenpick hotel in Australia.

As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they arrive. Your dedication to the hotel and care for our guests' needs will leave a lasting impression on their stay.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hotel front office setting is highly desirable
  • An enthusiastic, team-oriented, can-do approach
  • Passion for engaging with guests and hearing their stories
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer usage
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Familiarity with OPERA property management system is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible shifts across a 7-day roster, including evenings, mornings, and weekends
