YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team and work closely with our Fabric team to bring Forever New's creative visions to life

As a Fabric Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth procurement and delivery of fabrics for Forever News products. Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask will be put to the test as you masterfully handle multiple requests and maintain a composed persona in a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with overseas suppliers and stakeholders, you will be the key liaison in managing fabric-related communications and processes. Your meticulous attention to detail will guarantee accurate data entry, enabling us to track and monitor the progress of fabric procurement effectively. Your keen eye will also allow you to identify any irregularities or potential challenges early on, ensuring they are addressed proactively before they become significant issues.

Raising of all bulk fabric purchase orders Responsible for goods receipts of all fabric Coordinating Invoice payments and reconciliation management, including uploading all invoices in to WFX system Maintain accurate bulk fabric stocks for all Forever New fabric locations globally Management of stock fabric analysis, stock re-evaluation proposals and adjustments Ensure a high level of communication exists between FN fabric team and its internal customers within the Forever New business

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

1-2 years experience in a similar role Strong skills in Microsoft Office, in particular, Microsoft Excel Previous experience in an administrative role Fashion Qualification Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Well-known for your "can do" attitude and commitment to task completion. Meticulous attention to detail for ensuring accurate reporting and problem-solving assistance. Strong communication skills to build relationships with internal and external customers and collaborate with our Buying teams. High level of accuracy Can work autonomously as well as part of a team Flexible and Adaptable- be able to re-prioritise workload based on business priorities Strong Communicator- ability to form relationships across the business.
