The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) works in partnership with 15 National Boards to implement the national regulatory scheme for health professionals.

The purpose of health practitioner regulation is to protect the public by ensuring that only health practitioners who have the skills, qualifications, and knowledge to provide safe care are registered.


The
People & Culture Coordinator provides professional and customer focused service and support to our people throughout the employee life cycle, from engagement to on-boarding and off-boarding.

The P&C Coordinator is also responsible for the management and review of administrative systems and processes to ensure efficient and reliable service, integrity and accuracy of data and continuous improvement of our processes.


_ This is a full time, ongoing opportunity based in Melbourne or Brisbane._

In this role you will:

  • Provide professional, timely and proactive coordination and administrative human resources support to the People and Culture team across all aspects of the employee lifecycle including payroll.
  • Provide administration and coordination support to organisational change projects
  • Actively participate in a significant process improvement project currently underway
  • Coordinate the production and development of management information to produce reports, metrics and analysis to support managers and the business in workforce management activities
  • Ensure the quality and integrity of employee data is maintained
  • Work across all areas of the People and Culture function including Employee Services, Payroll, Organisational Capability and Recruitment.
  • Be team orientated and provide agile and proactive support to the Business Partnering Network
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in human resource management or equivalent experience in a similar role (2 years or more)
  • Previous experience in working with human resource information systems and tools and hold excellent proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
  • An exemplary customer focus your stakeholder engagement skills are second to none
  • You have an excellent eye for detail and question things that may not look "quite right" and you are able to prioritise competing tasks.
