The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,
- Data entry of invoices in Reckon system
- Matching Purchase Orders
- Managing approval process
- Set up of new vendors
- Assisting with set up of payment runs
- Dealing with supplier queries and AP inbox
- Processing for multiple entities
- Assisting with AR, Credit and other accounts duties
- Experienced in Accounts payable processing
- Have used MYOB, XERO or Reckon or be able to pick up new systems
- A positive and professional team player
- A strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- North side location, onsite parking
Commence ASAP
- Christmas close down one to two weeks
