Civil Mining & Construction is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Team. As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and ensuring all financial transactions are properly authorized.
Key Responsibilities- Enter invoices into Vista by Viewpoint within agreed timeframes;
- Verify invoice accuracy, including pricing and cost codes;
- Prepare and reconcile supplier statements;
- Respond to supplier inquiries;
- Support the Accounts Payable Supervisor as needed.
We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts payable, who can work autonomously with urgency and has a keen eye for detail. You will need to be able to multitask, handle competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. If you have experience in civil construction, this will be highly regarded.
